Plan Test

Posted by Mrs. Hughes on December 6, 2007

Mason County Eastern is offering ACT’s PLAN test to all sophomores.  The PLAN Test is an optional 10th grade test that predicts how your student may do on the ACT Test.  The ACT is taken in the junior and/or senior year and is used in the college admission process.  In addition to predicting ACT success, the PLAN provides useful information regarding career strengths and interests.  The testing experience is beneficial for all students, regardless of their plans after high school.  It will help students prepare for the Michigan Merit Exam, which includes the ACT.  The Michigan Merit Exam is required of all juniors.

Your student has been informed of the PLAN Test in their 10th grade English class.  At that time, I handed out a flyer describing the test.  A copy of that flyer is enclosed.  If you have any questions, feel free to call me.

Test Date:

December 12th, 2007

Cost:

$10.00 – due at the time of the test

Checks can be made out to MCE

How to Register:

Sign up in the Guidance Office

Results should be back sometime in January.
